As the group founder, I'll host the first poker night at my home in Belchertown. My house is right off Rt. 9 near the intersection with 202, so it's easy to find. As we get closer I'll send the address and directions to people who will be coming.
An informational booth educate the public about the benefits of Presidant Obama's plan for much needed health care reform. Our educational booth would be located on the common for our Belchertown State Fair. We would plan on running some good video footage about health care reform. Perhaps video with President Obama himself speaking about it. Also, we would have as much printed material as possible available to hand out during the entire weekend. This particular fair attracts large crowds of people from surrounding towns and cities in Western Mass. The fair opens on friday and continues through sunday, so this event would give us the opportunity to reach a large portion of the public. I have had many years of experience setting up booths at this fair, so I have the much needed experience that is required.
